If you receive the wrong color, product, or any visible defects, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Since each curtain is custom-made, other returns are not accepted—but we’ll work with you to find the best solution, including a 50% discount on a replacement for incorrect measurements.

Seam
Triple Pleat and Triple Tailor Pleat: Seam added if height > 102 1/2 inches and width > 40 inches.
Other headers: Seam added if height > 102 1/2 inches and width > 46 inches.
Memory Shape
Seam will be added if you choose memory shape and the panel width exceeds 141 inches.
We recommend purchasing two panels for a cleaner look.
If you prefer a single panel, contact us at care@cozyology.com, and we’ll refund the memory shape fee.

How many trims come per curtain panel?
Each curtain panel includes one trim, which we custom sew based on how you open your curtains. If you open them left-to-right, we'll place the trim on the right edge. For two-panel curtains, we automatically position the trim at the center where the panels meet.
Can the trim be removed?
Our trims are permanently sewn during manufacturing to ensure perfect alignment and durability, so they can't be removed or changed after your curtains are made.
Can I use different trims on each curtain panel?
Yes! We love creative combinations - just place separate orders for each panel and select different trim styles for each one during customization. Our team will make sure they coordinate beautifully.
How do I clean the trim?
How to keep your curtains smooth?
If you notice any wrinkles over time, simply use a household iron on low heat to smooth them out and keep your curtains looking fresh.
Can I order curtains in custom sizes?
Yes, we offer custom sizing to ensure your curtains fit perfectly. If you don’t see your size option, feel free to contact us anytime.
