- Reasonable returns accepted within 30 days of receipt, as outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Detailed installation instructions provided—please follow them to protect your investment and ensure optimal performance.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Cozyology stands behind every curtain we make. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own the product.
What’s Covered
- Defects in fabric, hardware, and components.
- At our discretion, Cozyology will repair or replace any covered items—no extra charge.
- If your package or any product inside arrives damaged or broken, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
- Shipping Coverage: Cozyology’s Shipping Coverage protects your order from the moment it leaves our facility until it arrives safely at your door.

Arrival Delay
- For domestic orders: Claim a $5 credit if your package is not delivered within 10 days of fulfillment.
- For international orders: Claim a $5 credit if your package is not delivered within 30 days of fulfillment.

Loss
- For domestic orders: If your package is not delivered within 30 days of fulfillment, you may claim the full value of your purchase.
- For international orders: Full-value replacement is available for undelivered packages after 60 days.

What’s Not Covered
- Damage from misuse, accidents, alteration, pets, or pests
- Problems from improper installation, care, or cleaning
- Obsolescence due to product updates or design changes
- Normal wear & tear (e.g., fabric fading, fraying, or color loss occurring after 1 year)
- Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

- We’ll promptly evaluate and guide you through repair or replacement options.
