Yes, our swatches are free — we only charge a small shipping fee. When you place an order for drapery or shades, you’ll receive a $10 gift card to offset that cost.

We begin production the same day your order is placed. Your custom drapery will be ready in 5–8 days and delivered within 7 business days after that.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check the status anytime on our Order Tracking page.

Only one discount can be applied per order.

Yes! Gift cards can be used alongside discount codes and are applied during the next checkout step.

If you need to make changes, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production will have begun and changes may not be possible.

If there’s a size discrepancy of more than 1 inch or the wrong color was sent, we’ll gladly accept a return. Please refer to our Returns page for full details.
