    Length: ±1" as the fabric naturally settles under gravity after hanging; slight variations are normal with handcrafted pieces.
    Width: Finished panel width may be 4-10" wider than the ordered width due to fabric springback.
    This extra width ensures the panels fully cover the hardware on both sides and close completely in the center without any gap.

    What is the maximum curtain size for Memory Shaping?

    141 inches Width. Curtains exceeding the maximum size cannot be memory-shaped.
    Is Memory Shape available for all header styles?

    Memory Shape is available for most header styles, including our standard Ripple Fold. It is not available for Rod Pocket curtains or products in The Pure Collection.

    Availability is shown in the product options when you customize your curtain.
    Are there instructions for the number of pleats for pleated curtains?

    Here’s a general guideline for pleat quantity based on width:

    • 13 pleats for 50" width
    • 17 pleats for 72" width
    • 20 pleats for 84" width
    • 24 pleats for 100" width

    The exact number of pleats may vary slightly depending on your track or pole length.

    Stacking Width: How much space will the curtains occupy when open?

    Curtain stack width refers to the amount of space the curtains occupy when fully drawn or pulled to one side of the window or doorway.

    Can I know the weight of my curtains before purchasing?

    Yes, you can click here to calculate the weight of your curtains.
    Knowing the weight is important as it helps ensure that your curtain rod can support them without sagging or deforming.
    Can I modify the size after placing an order?

    Yes. Contact us within 12 hours after your Shopify order confirmation email is sent to request a free size adjustment. After 12 hours and before shipment, changes are subject to a 15% fee; after shipment, changes are not available. See our Cancellation & Adjustment Policy.
    What does "Order Width" actually mean?

    It’s the rod length you want one panel to cover.

    • If you’re ordering one single panel → enter the full rod length.
    • If you’re ordering two split panels → enter half of the rod length for each panel.

    Fullness is already included, so you don’t need to multiply anything yourself.

    How do I remove folds or creases from my new curtains?

    A light steam and a quick "training" process will easily restore their perfect drape.

    Temporary creases from shipping are completely normal, especially for premium natural fabrics like The Pure Collection (100% polyester-free), which naturally hold gentle folds when unpacked.

    For a flawless, tailor-made look:

    • Hang & Steam: Hang curtains and steam gently on low heat to release creases.
    • Train Your Curtains: Gather pleats into neat folds, tie loosely for 48 hours to set the shape.
