Washing: Machine wash at 30°C (86°F) with a mild detergent. Do not bleach or tumble dry.
Drying: Air dry your curtains. For best results, dry clean with any solvent except trichloroethylene.
Ironing: Iron while damp using a low heat setting (below 110°C/230°F). Place a thin cloth over the fabric to protect it.
Maintenance: Regularly vacuum your curtains to keep them fresh. Do not twist.

If you receive the wrong color, product, or any visible defects, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Since each curtain is custom-made, other returns are not accepted—but we’ll work with you to find the best solution, including a 50% discount on a replacement for incorrect measurements.

Seam
Triple Pleat and Triple Tailor Pleat: Seam added if height > 102 1/2 inches and width > 40 inches.
Other headers: Seam added if height > 102 1/2 inches and width > 46 inches.
Memory Shape
Seam will be added if you choose memory shape and the panel width exceeds 141 inches.
We recommend purchasing two panels for a cleaner look.
