    FAQs

What is the maximum curtain size for Memory Shaping?

141 inches Width. Curtains exceeding the maximum size cannot be memory-shaped.

Is memory shaping suitable for all headers?

Header styles that do not support Memory Training include rod pocket, and ripple fold with tape buckle. Since those styles are designed to create and maintain their intended appearance through their construction and method of attachment, memory training is redundant.

Additionally, The Pure Collection does not support memory shape, as it is designed to achieve its refined look without the use of memory fabric.

Are there instructions for the number of pleats for pleated curtains?

Here’s a general guideline for pleat quantity based on width:

    • 13 pleats for 50" width
    • 17 pleats for 72" width
    • 20 pleats for 84" width
    • 24 pleats for 100" width

The exact number of pleats may vary slightly depending on your track or pole length.

Stacking Width: How much space will the curtains occupy when open?

Curtain stack width refers to the amount of space the curtains occupy when fully drawn or pulled to one side of the window or doorway.
To calculate your stack width, click Know Your Stacked Width.

Can I know the weight of my curtains before purchasing?

Yes, you can click here to calculate the weight of your curtains.
Knowing the weight is important as it helps ensure that your curtain rod can support them without sagging or deforming.

Can I modify the size after placing an order?

Yes, you can! Just contact us  within 24 hours of placing your order to adjust the size. For more details, see our return policy.

What does "Order Width" actually mean?

It’s the rod length you want one panel to cover.

    • If you’re ordering one single panel → enter the full rod length.
    • If you’re ordering two split panels → enter half of the rod length for each panel.

Fullness is already included, so you don’t need to multiply anything yourself.
